Introduction

Expert-i Teleradiology Services (“Expert-i” “we” “us” or “our”) operate the website located at www.expert-i.com and other related websites with links to these Terms of Use (collectively “Site”).

Through our Site, we offer second-opinion radiology reporting services directly to patients and caregivers who would like to get an extra interpretation of their radiology study to facilitate decision-making regarding individual health.

Second Opinion Service

The diagnostic image reads offered by expert-i are for the sole purpose of obtaining a 2nd opinion. It is your responsibility to obtain a primary report for your study, mostly presented by your scan center. You may not rely on the 2nd Opinion rendered by a Radiologist without consulting with your primary care physician or treating medical provider.

Expert-i does not practice any other specialty than radiology. Each Radiologist providing a 2nd Opinion on your diagnostic image through expert-i is an expert with massive professional experience in radiology.

All Radiologists on the Site hold professional licenses issued by the professional licensing boards in the country where they practice, hold doctoral degrees, and have undergone post-doctoral training. The 2nd Opinion is intended for care and diagnosis and cannot be used in any legal action or proceeding of any kind; including but not limited to medical malpractice, professional liability or worker’s compensation. You can report a complaint relating to services provided by a Radiologist by contacting the professional licensing board in the country where the services were given.
